Log Splitter System with Screw Cone and Flywheel

This professional log splitter assembly is designed for maximum efficiency and reliability in wood splitting. Equipped with a left-hand threaded screw cone, heat-treated to 45 HRC, with a base of 80 mm and a length of 230 mm, this system ensures rapid penetration and durability.

The mechanism includes a flywheel with a diameter of 35 cm and a thickness of 18 mm, mounted between two P207 bearings, which require lubrication before use. The assembly is perfectly balanced, eliminating vibrations and ensuring stable operation. The flywheel has 4 lugs, allowing the cone to be extracted if it gets stuck in the wood.

It is easily mounted on a stand and driven by a Type B 17x11 mm belt to an electric motor.
