Once started, the system maintains stable RPM and power, allowing the cone to pass through knotty logs like butter, significantly reducing effort and engine strain.

🔹 MAIN SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES:

  • Selectable Screw Cone (Ø60, Ø70, Ø80 or Ø100 mm): Made from solid steel, professionally heat-treated to a hardness of 45 HRC, with a robust left-hand thread for deep and fast penetration.
  • Massive Inertia Flywheel: Diameter of 35 cm, thickness of 18 mm, and an ideal weight of ~20 Kg. Its role is to stabilize rotation, completely eliminating dangerous vibrations during splitting.
  • 🛠️ Manual Release System: The flywheel is equipped with 4 special square tube lugs. If the cone gets stuck in a huge knot and the motor stops, simply insert a lever or metal bar into these lugs and manually twist the cone back, extracting it from the wood quickly and easily.
