The GT 80 TR branch shredder is part of the new generation of shredders, being a household product designed for processing and recycling branches, boards, and other wood waste using the tractor's power take-off.
This product is made of high-quality hard iron, ensuring a long lifespan. Our product comes equipped with: a branch shredder module, a feeding hopper, an discharge hopper, and a shredder module support. Pay close attention to the machine's fastening elements (screws, washers, nuts) and periodically check that they do not loosen, as this can lead to damage for both the machine and the user. The shredder module transforms raw material into pieces approximately 70-110 mm long. This size is not regulated, depending on the diameter (thickness) of the raw material. This shredder model is capable of cutting softwood up to 80 mm thick and hardwood up to 60 mm thick.The shredded branches are ideal fuel for pyrolysis boilers and solid fuel, fireplaces, stoves, and other heating appliances, as well as for charcoal production. The productivity of this shredder model is a maximum of 4 m³/hour of finished product, depending on the raw material conditions. This branch shredder model connects to the tractor's power take-off, offering a high shredding speed, and the shredder's working element consists of 8 steel blades.
