Shipping Policy – GRATINSKI S.R.L.
1. Delivery in Romania

Couriers: Fan Courier, Sameday, Cargus, DPD, GLS, DHL, UPS.

Lead time: 24–48 working hours for in-stock products. For made-to-order products, the lead time is communicated by phone or e-mail.

Cost: FREE for orders over 600 RON (VAT included). Below this threshold, the cost is calculated automatically at checkout.

Payment confirmation: orders paid by bank transfer are shipped once the funds have been received or the bank has confirmed the payment.
2. International delivery
We also deliver to the European Union, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. The delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination country and the parcel weight.
3. Receiving the parcel
The customer must check the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the courier. If the packaging shows signs of impact, cuts or tampering, ask for a damage report to be drawn up on the spot. Later claims regarding transport damage cannot be accepted without this document.
4. Personal collection

Location: Str. Morii 6, Depozit 3A, Pătrăuți, Suceava County, Romania.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–18:00 (EET).

Procedure: collection only after product availability has been confirmed. Order by 14:00 → collection after 15:00; order after 14:00 → collection the next day after 10:00.
