Terms of Service – GRATINSKI S.R.L.

1. General provisions

Use of this website implies acceptance of the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully. GRATINSKI S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these provisions without further notice. Access to this website is subject to these Terms of Service and implies your explicit acceptance.

The relationship between the parties is governed by the following Romanian legislation:

  • Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection;
  • Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals;
  • Law no. 363/2007 on combating unfair commercial practices;
  • Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce.

2. Intellectual property

All content of www.solgrat.com (images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphics, scripts, software and other data) is the property of GRATINSKI S.R.L. and its suppliers and is protected by Law no. 8/1996 and intellectual property legislation.

Protection clause: copying, downloading or commercially exploiting the website without the prior written consent of GRATINSKI S.R.L. is prohibited. Any unauthorised use of brand elements (logo, meta tags, trade name) will be reported to the competent authorities.

3. Products and prices

The products presented are sold by GRATINSKI S.R.L. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

GRATINSKI S.R.L. cannot be held responsible for errors in displayed prices or technical specifications caused by technical issues. In the event of an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the customer as soon as possible.

4. Limitation of liability

GRATINSKI S.R.L. is not liable for:

  1. Incorrect mounting: damage caused by incorrect mounting of tools (blades, knives, cutters) on non-compliant machines or by unqualified personnel.
  2. Improper use: failures resulting from exceeding technical parameters (maximum speed, cutting depth, unsuitable materials).
  3. Personal injury: injuries resulting from failure to observe occupational safety rules when using the products.
  4. Differences in appearance: product images are for illustration. Minor differences in colour or finish that do not affect the technical function of the tool may occur.

These limitations do not affect consumers' statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

5. Online credit and personal data

By using credit options (e.g. Cetelem/BNP Paribas), you consent to your data (including personal identification number) being processed by the financial institution for creditworthiness assessment. Refusal of processing makes it impossible to complete the credit application. Data are protected under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
