Available Configurations

• 🔹 Groove cutters – calibrated grooves for strong joints, including a 6 mm groove on D180.
• 🔹 Adjustable groove-rebate cutters Ø125 and Ø160 mm, width 4–60 mm, Z6.
• 🔹 Rebate cutters (including 1/4 step and 10, 16, 18 mm rebates on D180) – clean steps and straight edges for frames, doors and furniture.
• 🔹 45° chamfer cutters (10, 20, 30 mm) – for precise bevels and angled joints.
• 🔹 Cutters with scorers – prevent fibre tear-out and leave smooth edges even on demanding materials.

Materials: HSS M2 or HW (K40)

• HSS M2 (6% W · 5% Mo) – solid wood, very sharp edge and a mirror finish.
• HW (K40) – tungsten carbide – abrasive materials, MDF, chipboard and very hard woods, with maximum wear resistance.

The cutters are dynamically balanced (minimal vibration, protected bearings) and have generous chip clearance. They fit vertical-spindle moulders and industrial lines.
