Crosscut Circular Saw Blades for Wood
Crosscut blades cut wood across the grain – to length, at an angle or for furniture joints. They have many alternate top bevel (WZ) teeth that leave a clean cut, with no tear-out where the blade exits the material.
What You'll Find
- 🔹 Pilana Ø250, Ø300, Ø350 and Ø400 mm, 30 mm bore, 32–96 WZ teeth – for table saws and crosscut saws.
- 🔹 ROTOR Ø165–Ø300 mm, 24–60 teeth, with reduction ring – for hand-held circular saws and mitre saws.
How to Choose
- The more teeth a blade has, the finer the cut and the slower the feed.
- 40–60 teeth – general crosscutting; 72–96 teeth – fine finish, veneered wood and frames.
- Check the diameter and bore your machine accepts.
The teeth are tungsten carbide (HW), brazed to a steel body, for consistent precision and multiple resharpenings.
