This high-performance router bit is specially designed for creating clean and precise grooves in a variety of materials – from solid wood to technical boards.

⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with Carbide inserts
The choice of material depends not only on the hardness of the wood but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed router bits are optimized for stationary machines and CNC, but their performance varies drastically depending on the processed wood species.
