  • Precision Finish: suitable for fine planing on beech, oak, ash, and hornbeam – dense woods that rapidly wear out standard blades.
  • Ready to Mount: factory-sharpened edge, directly onto the machine's shaft.

⚠️ ATTENTION:

  • For softwoods (spruce, fir, pine), the Pilana DS variant is sufficient and more economical — HSS 18% Tungsten shows its advantage on hardwoods and high production volume.
  • Always mount the complete set of blades on the shaft, with uniform tightening — imbalance causes vibrations and uneven cutting.

In the variants list, you can select the appropriate length (L) for your machine — we cover the entire range of standard Pilana sizes. Upon request, blades can be adjusted/cut to atypical sizes to meet your specific project needs.
