HSS M2 premium high-speed steel profile router bit, designed for creating the specific profile of decking boards – drainage grooves, anti-slip surface profile. Available in Z4 (4 teeth) and Z6 (6 teeth) variants, with working space and diameter according to the attached technical drawing. Custom-made with desired dimensions – diameter, bore, number of teeth – for both classic milling machines and 4-sided machines. Select the variant from the menu.

  • Long-Term Investment: the inserts can be successively resharpened; in case of advanced wear, the cutter body can be re-brazed.

📊 COMPATIBILITY WITH DECKING WOOD TYPES

Softwood (Pine, Spruce, Fir – resinous decking) 100%

Excellent: Z4 recommended for quick evacuation of resinous sawdust.
Hardwood (Oak, Acacia, Thermally Modified Wood) 90%

Very good: Z6 recommended for a cleaner profile finish on dense woods.
Dense Exotic Wood (Ipe, Bangkirai, Cumaru) 70%

Acceptable: HSS M2 works, but for intensive production on exotic wood, we recommend the T.C.T. carbide variant – contact us for an offer.

  1. Contact us at office@solgrat.com with the desired specifications or the technical drawing of the profile.
  2. Specify: outer diameter (D), bore (d), working space, number of teeth, and machine type (classic machine or 4-sided).
  3. We will send you a price offer and execution time within a maximum of 24 working hours.

Delivery in 24–48 working hours for in-stock products, by courier (Fan Courier, Sameday, Cargus, DPD, GLS).
