✨ DYNAMIC FEATURES AND PERFORMANCE (DIY SERIES)

  • Precise and Durable Joints: Specifically designed for creating strong joints between planks or panels. The conical lamellar profile with a shoulder increases the adhesive contact surface, ensuring uniform bonding and superior mechanical fastening.
  • Economical and Efficient Solution: The special DS Steel configuration is a rational option for small workshops, small-batch production, or carpentry work that requires a reliable tool without high acquisition costs.
  • Precision from 10 mm Thickness: Thanks to optimally designed teeth (2.5 mm depth), the cutter allows for complementary profiling even on thin pieces, starting from a wood thickness of just 10 mm.
  • Balance and Consistent Performance: With an external diameter of 100 mm and a recommended speed of 6,000 RPM, the tool guarantees stable operation, reducing vibrations on classic stationary or industrial machines.
  • Workshop Versatility: It is fully compatible with a wide range of professional routing machines used in solid wood panel processing and traditional furniture production.

💡 TECHNICAL ADJUSTMENT RECOMMENDATION FOR CRAFTSMEN:

To achieve a perfect counter-profile: For the final joint of the two wood pieces to be perfectly flush (without steps or unevenness on the surface), it is recommended that after routing the first piece, you lower or raise the cutter on the spindle by exactly half a tooth before routing the complementary piece.

⚠️ Limitations of use for the variant in this advertisement (DS Steel - DIY):

❌ NOT recommended for use on chipboard, MDF, HDF, or Exotic Wood!

❌ Intended exclusively for natural softwood (conifers, lime, etc.). For industrial volumes or hardwood, choose superior variants.

📌 Ideal for carpentry workshops, solid wood furniture, and projects based on softwoods!

✅ Practical Conclusions for Purchase:

  1. Are you working on standard structures made of Spruce or Fir? The DS Steel DIY Series variant in this ad is the perfect choice in terms of cost. It offers complete working freedom and secure joints on softwood with minimal investment.
  2. Do you need greater durability on solid wood? For large daily volumes or essences such as Oak and Beech, we recommend you opt for the superior HSS M2 Premium variant from our catalog.
  3. Do you need to route chipboard or agglomerated MDF? In this case, the only material capable of resisting the adhesives in pressed boards is the one with T.C.T. Carbide inserts.
