With a diameter of 125 mm and a working thickness of 16 mm, the router bit is fitted with 6 high-quality carbide (Widia) cutters (3 on each side), arranged to provide a stable and uniform cut, reducing vibrations and extending the tool's lifespan.

• 92–85%: Exceptional performance; the router bit operates efficiently, with a long lifespan even under intensive use.
• 84–70%: Very good processing, but minor adjustments may be necessary, such as feed rate or using a coolant to prevent overheating.
• 70%: Wood is extremely abrasive (e.g., very hard species or those with high silica content), which can accelerate blade wear, although durability remains superior to HSS router bits.
✅ Recommendation: For the hardest wood species (exotic, high-density, or rich in mineral resins), Widia router bits are the ideal solution due to their high hardness (85…92 HRC / 1600 – 1800 HV Vickers), offering exceptional resistance to wear and high temperatures.
