⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood.
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with carbide inserts.
The router bit can be mounted on most standard routing machines, being suitable for both manual work and CNC machines with moderate feed rates.
Compatibility Explanations (%):
• 90–80%: Optimal performance, the router bit works efficiently and durably.
• 79–60%: Good processing, but requires maintenance (sharpening or cooling).
• <60%: The wood is too hard or oily, leading to rapid wear of the HSS M2 router bit.
Recommendation: For exotic or very hard woods, carbide-tipped (Widia) router bits would be a more suitable choice.
