✔ Ensures precise contours and professional finishes for balustrades and stairs.
✔ Made from HSS M2 steel – smooth cuts, durability, and wear resistance.
✔ Optimized for wood up to 55 mm thick, operates stably up to 9000 rpm.
✔ Ideal for professional workshops and artisanal woodworking.
📌 Indispensable tool for fine details and high-quality finishes.
⚠️ Limitations of use:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood.
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with carbide inserts.
HSS COMPATIBILITY:
The cutter can be mounted on most standard milling machines, being suitable for both manual work and CNC machines with moderate feed rates.

Compatibility Explanations (%):
• 90–80%: Optimal performance, the cutter works efficiently and durably.
• 79–60%: Good processing, but requires maintenance (sharpening or cooling).
• <60%: The wood is too hard or oily, leading to rapid wear of the HSS M2 cutter.
Recommendation: For exotic or very hard woods, cutters made of cemented carbides (Widia) would be a more suitable choice.
