Professional Pilana 350 × 2.2 × 30 mm – 56 teeth KV25 blade, made from high-quality carbon steel (75Cr1). It is a classic, unplated blade with set and sharpened teeth, designed for fast and efficient cutting of solid wood. The absence of carbide tips makes it extremely durable in harsh working conditions, being the ideal choice for high-volume cutting where speed and resistance to impurities are essential.

• 🪵 Firewood and logs – aggressive and fast cutting; the 400 mm diameter allows for thick pieces to be cut in a single pass.
• 🪵 Wood with impurities (reclaimed) – being made of monometal steel, it withstands potential mortar residues, sand, or very hard knots much better than plated blades.

Variants (tooth type):

• 🔸 56 teeth KV25 (Set) – This blade does not have chip limiting "shoulders", which gives it an extremely free and fast cutting capacity. The set (alternative bending of the teeth) ensures a cutting channel wider than the blade body, eliminating lateral friction and preventing overheating or jamming in the wood.

⚠️ Attention:

• 👉 Controlled manual feed: As it has no chip limiters, the blade is very "aggressive"; ensure the workpiece is well secured and pushed consistently.
• 👉 Rough finish: The resulting cut is a ripping cut (rough), typical of monometal blades, requiring subsequent planing if a fine surface is desired.
• ❌ Not suitable for: Melamine chipboard, MDF, or composite materials (will cause major chipping).
