Wedge (gib) for clamping the knives in the cutterblock of jointers and industrial planers with a classic slotted cutterblock. The wedge and bolts are made of heat-treated steel, and the wedge comes fitted with M8×22 square-head bolts at a 60 mm pitch. The section is 18 × 20 mm with a 20° inclined face and an R4 groove – check the dimensions on the technical drawing. Select the length from the menu.

Choose a length equal to the knife and cutterblock length. Before ordering, compare the section of your old wedge (18 × 20 mm, 20° angle) with the technical drawing.
Delivery in 24–48 working hours for in-stock products, by courier (Fan Courier, Sameday, Cargus, DPD, GLS).
“On order” products (for example a variant with a different bore, such as Ø30 or Ø35, or a product not currently in stock): delivery time is 1–4 weeks. Place your order on the site as usual. Right after, an agent will call you to confirm the exact date, then the product is shipped to you by courier.
