The choice of material depends not only on wood hardness but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the wood species being processed.
⚠️ Attention: Carbide requires constant feed. If you idle in rotation on softwood, burning is guaranteed.
