Pilana DS Replacement Knife 90×30×3 mm for TIREX Chippers

The original replacement knife for TIREX branch chippers, made by Pilana (Czech Republic) from DS (Chrome Steel) – the same steel used for planer knives. It mounts on the chipper disc with 2 bolts, can be resharpened many times and handles knots in branches without chipping. Price is per piece.

💡 TIP:

Keep a spare knife next to the chipper. When the mounted one gets dull, swap it right away and send it for sharpening without stopping work.

🦺 SAFETY WHEN MOUNTING:

  • Unplug the chipper (on the petrol model: stop the engine and pull the spark plug cap) before touching the disc or the knife.
  • Wear protective gloves when mounting — the edge is very sharp (do not wear gloves while operating the chipper).
  • Tighten both bolts firmly and check that the disc turns freely without touching the housing.

Delivery in 24–48 working hours for in-stock products, by courier (Fan Courier, Sameday, Cargus, DPD, GLS).

“On order” products (for example a variant with a different bore, such as Ø30 or Ø35, or a product not currently in stock): delivery time is 1–4 weeks. Place your order on the site as usual.
